On May 18, 2012, you are invited to join your Western colleagues in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, to talk about our favorite library software, Polaris. 

I will be gathering a committee to discuss the program, so please send me ideas - what would you like to know more about from Polaris or from other libraries using Polaris? Holds workflow? PAC web tweaks? Working with homeless cardholders? Particular kinds of reports and report construction? Training for staff? What would entice you and convince your directors that it is worthwhile to attend?
