The above program applies to purchases by individual
PUG members through Polaris Library Systems. Group purchases can also be
coordinated by PUG members, if purchases are done at the same time, as
follows:

If PUG members identify specific products that they would like to
purchase at the same time, Polaris Library Systems will work with its
suppliers to provide price breaks based on the quantity ordered by the
group. Such products would include, but are not limited to, monitors,
scanners, printers, keyboards, desktop PCs, tablet PCs, thin clients,
or laptops.

Group purchases of Polaris software products may also be negotiated,
subject to the terms noted above.
